Villas Xaguar is a group of five Mediterranean-style villas surrounded by large trees and gardens. There is a pool and a waterful cenote with a deck in the middle of them. The villas are located ten minutes away walking from the town and 45 meters away from the beach, walk to everything!!!
There are two or four bedroom villas. Both with fully-equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and terraces. The two has 125 sqm and the four bedroom has 215 sqm.

The beach its only 1 block away the ocean in the area its shallow and safe for swimming. The town its 10 min walking away.Transport
A car is not necessary
